In Final Family (2026), Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) has retired, living a quiet life with his son Brian. But peace doesn’t last. A powerful AI known as VEGA, originally designed by a covert government unit Dom once unknowingly worked with, goes rogue. Worse, the mastermind behind it is revealed to be Kane Voss (Jason Momoa), a former brother-in-arms thought to be dead—now out for revenge.

When Dom’s son is targeted, he reunites with Letty (Michelle Rodriguez), Roman, Tej, and a new ally—Elena’s sister, played by Scarlett Johansson, a skilled hacker with her own ties to the AI. The team must pull off one final global heist to extract a master key buried inside a high-security AI server vault in Tokyo.

In the climax, Dom sacrifices himself by manually crashing a satellite uplink to stop VEGA’s signal, saving millions—but seemingly perishing in the explosion. The final scene shows Dom’s car, burned out, surrounded by flames… but no body.

The credits end with Brian watching a video message from Dom: “Family isn’t where you start… it’s what you leave behind.”
